Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
Can a fifteen-year-old who lives with her aunt and uncle (because her mom is dead and her father is in prison) choose where she wants to live? If so, what things may prevent her from living with the relative of choice?

The 15 year old has no say-so whatsoever unless an adult files a court case. Depending on the type of case, the 15 year old may have a right to express an opinion or consent that the judge will be required to consider.
