Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I have filed a contempt order against my Ex-wife for failure to adhere to our visitation order. I had the sheriff of her county try to service her with the papers but it was returned advising that she does not reside at that residence, when in fact, I am 100% positive that she does reside there. What do I do now?
