filing for divorce

husband is eluding being served with divorce papers. drops by unannounced to see kids so he canned be served. what can I do?

Talk to your lawyer, who is the only person who can assist you with your case. Ask him about getting a special process server appointed.

I would recommend using a private process server. You could call this person and arrange for service right after he drops the children back off at your house. Talk with your attorney about how to get this done.
