Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Filled an abandoment order for minor children 2 aginst my spouse in 20/2009 and sill

have no gotten any resoultion. The state has fail to issue any type of temperary support order.

There are no temporary support orders in abandonment cases. Those happen only in civil cases.
