I need to find out about my court order of visitation for my son, his Father is not wanting to comply with the signed order we have and is making threats and trying to withold my son from me

If he fails to comply with the visitation order, file a motion for contempt.

Make sure you have his refusal to comply with the order in writing (texts, emails, letters).

You may want to hire an attorney to represent you in the matter.
