how do i get a form for gaurdianship
my sister feels she may be put in jail and she wants to make sure i have legal rights over her child if anything happens to the other parent.

If you don't want an attorney to draft the forms, you can do research at the Cobb County Law Library. The Library is in the basement of the Cobb County State Court. There are Georgia form books and online research you can do to obtain the correct form.
I wouldn't trust general nonstate specific online forms. Each state is different.
