grandparents rights
my daughter & her husband
were recently told they would
have to move,reason being her
husband has not paid the rent in 3 months,which he has not told her,he blames my husband
and I for being made to move
they have 2 children and 1 on the way,they told my youngest
daughter that she could see the girls but my husband and I could never see them again
what rights as A grandparent do we have? they do not care for the girls like they should
the girls were taken away by family & children services 2 years ago, we were given temporary protective custody
about a week after mothers day 2 years ago,they did get the girls back in november of that year,but their father want hold down a job he also steals things I am very concerned about my grandchildren please let me know what to do they said that they would be moving to north georgia in a few weeks
please tell me my rights

You may have say in the matter. You should consult with a local attorney. Take a look at this:
19-7-3. "Grandparent" defined; original actions for visitation rights or
intervention; revocation or amendment of visitation rights; appointment of
guardian ad litem; mediation; hearing.
(a) As used in this Code section, the term "grandparent" means the parent
of a parent of a minor child, the parent of a minor child's parent who has
died, and the parent of a minor child's parent whose parental rights have
been terminated.

Re: grandparents rights
You have no rights as grandparents unless you specifically request a court for visitation or custody rights. Generally, without a compelling reason, courts will not limit a natural parent's rights for the benefit of a grandparent.
