Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

child support calculations

What is the maximum amount of child support that can be taken from one persons paycheck? My first wife receives 28% for two children. My second wife wants 20% for one child I thought the maximum that could be taken total was 35%? is this true?

Are commissions and bonuses taken into consideration for child support, it was to my understanding only salary could be considered since commissions are not guaranteed?

Where can I find documentation of this if true for my soon to be ex-wife?

Re: child support calculations

Commissions and bonuses certainly are part of your income and are counted. There is no maximum percentage, although a judge in either account MAY take your other support amounts into account.
