My fiance just passed about 3 weeks and he had a daughter that lived with me and him and .And now that he has passed i would like to keep her with her sister which is my daughter . I have been in this child life for over 8 1/2 years andI really love her,and want to raise her. but she has a paternal grandmother demanding me to turn the child over to her. Her mother has passed as well she passed when this child was 9 months and I have been the only mother this child has known

You should see a lawyer immediately about a guardianship and possibly an adoption. If your fiance had a will, and if he provided in that will that you shoudl be the guardian that woudl be helpful to your case as well.
