My husband wants a divorce, he lives in the family home, we have been married for 10 years, Am I legally entitled to half the home even though it is not in my name, its in his and his fathers name?

If he had the house before you were married, you may be entitled to a portion of any increase in value. Was the house paid for when you married him? If not, did he make mortgage payments with marital income? What is his father's interest in the property? Does the father make mortgage payments or improvements to the house.
