Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
My husband (we are not divorced or separated) is the breadwinner and has all of the accounts including checking in his name only whereas I do not have access to any money for basic needs. I am always having to put food, etc on my credit card because of his hoarding. What recourse do I have?

If you cannot agree with the finances, like many other couples, divorce is one option. If you decide to divorce, if he is the breadwinner, you will likely be entitled to support and a portion of the marital assets.
