Retain a lawyer.
If no action was taken by CPS, and you still have joint custody, is your ex following the visitation/custody order? If not, that part of the problem can be solved easily. You can simply file a petition for contempt. In any event, you should retain counsel for the contested matter. It would be easier to go back to the attorney who represented you in the divorce matter. However, if you didn't have an attorney or if you don't want to return to that attorney, you can contact me for an initial consultation at (770)367-1234 or [email protected].
