Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
My husband recently filed fraudulent divorce papers in Delkalb County, GA.
I had signed a divorce complaint that he provided (under duress of a
threatened eviction) for Fulton County, GA, but when he found out that the
divorce had to be filed in Dekalb County since as the defendant that is
the county where he lives, he changed the front page of the pleading to
Dekalb County and used the the original notarized signature page I had
signed for Fulton County for the notary page. He also represented to the
court that he had mailed a copy of his counterclaim to me at my previous
Fulton Country address although he knew I had moved from there weeks
before he filed the counterclaim. He is attempting to avoid owning up to
the fact that he filed fraudulent papers in 1987 regarding property that
was deeded to us as husband and wife. The property is very, very valuable
now, and I have the original fraudulent papers he filed within just a few
years after we were married. I used property I had before we were married
to buy the new two new lots Atlanta. I need to know how to proceed to
get a divorce and well as to negate the fraudulent papers he filed in 1987
and 2015.

You need to hire a competent attorney to assist you
This is too complex to do this alone especially since he took advantage of you before
Good luck
