internet and my children

I have physical custody of my children 8 and 6. my ex husband keeps putting them on myspace and i keep getting them deleted by emailing myspace. He has lied on the internet and has them listed as 17 yrs old. My children are both girls, and i have told him i did not want them on myspace. What can i do? I keep emailing myspace and they took the girls off there. And then their dad put them on myspace again. Anyone could view my girls myspace account.

I get the feeling that your ex does not have good intentions. Contact an attorney about legal action against him, either by modifying the divorce decree or otherwise.
