Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Judgement on the Pleadings-Good or Bad?

My divorce complaint states that the marriage is irretrievably broken. My ex-wife's counterclaim admits that the marriage is irretrievably and requests total divorce.

There are no children to be considered in this matter, only a division of property, consisting of the marital residence and the contents.

My ex-wife has adopted a delaying strategy and there has been no progress made over the last year. Should I motion the Court for a Judgement on the Pleadings?
