Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Is there a legal agreemtn that I could draw up requiring my husband to remove all kinds of colllected useless objects, trash, car parts, wood, plastic, cans, paint, oil and various debris that has littered my property? Can I get a legal order allowing me to clean it up without his interference?

I assume you are still married and do not want a request for separate maintenance or divorce.

As a result, courts don't like to get involved in disputes with spouses. You can try to draw up an agreement with your husband giving you authority to throw away his useless objects, especially if they aren't marital assets (collected before the marriage).
