Is that legal to hold 13 year old child for visit all weekend long, if he wants to stay only half of weekend?

Who is in charge of the household? The parents, or the 13 year old child? The parents (perhaps pursuant to a Court order) tell the child what to do - not the other way around.

You didn't state why he didn't want to stay. If you believe that there is a valid reason that your child does not want to spend all day with his father, talk with the parent and go to court to modify the order. However, be warned, unless there is some abuse or other adverse consequence to the child, your motion to modify may be denied.
