Am I legally married, was married in Bahamas

Was married in the Bahamas in Feb 1994. Do not have a marriage license, we have contracts. Am I legally married, or is all I have to do is tear up the contracts?

I am assuming the marriage was valid in the Bahams, so you would need to get a divorce now to dissolve the marriage. Even if the marriage was not valid under Bahamian law and you lived together as husband and wife, you probably established a vaild common law marriage, since this occurred before Georgia eliminated them. In either event, you will need to get a divorce to dissolve the marriage.
