Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I live in GA and divorced in the state. My ex lives in Ma due to having two DUI bench warrants here in GA. He is 26,000.00 behind in child support. I solely support them for everything. I also have sole custody of my children. He contacted my employer in Nov and Dec stating I was harrassing him by company email when I have never emailed him. Back in Dec I received hang ups from his telephone # then continued with private #. I still get private # calls all hours of the day and night. They either sit on the phone line or hang up. He only has visitations 4 weeks out of the year during summer vaction and he must provide transportation. He has been telling the children ages 13yr, 11yr and 7 yrs they are going to be living with him soon. He doesn't have a license because of the 2 DUI in GA and he has never cleared. I have been working with CSE in GA and MA for a year now and all they have done so far is revoked his license which he doesn't have. I am frustrated and tired of him not helping support his children and talking bad about me to them and telling them lies. My divorce was finalized 01/2010. I dont know what steps to take if any to get him to stop acting so bitter and start being a responsible father. Recently he sent me an email through facebook stating I hacked into his facebook account. I have since blocked him and reported him to facebook for harrassing. I dont have time for his petty game. I work 6-7 days a week to just make ends meet and dont have much time for this. Every ounce of my time outside of work is spending with my children and should be without me having to worry about what he is going to do next. I am in desperate need of some advise.

Paula McGill Attorney at Law

is he working? Does he have assets?

If so, it may be worth hiring an attorney in Massachusetts.

As far as the other matters, you can try to obtain a protective order against him to ban him from contacting your employer at any time or you at work.
