Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
I live in Georgia and my child support is current. I have not seen or heard from my children since before mothers day. They have not called or been over for visitation. I do not mind paying child support be if i am unable to see them what can I do. If they do not wish to acknowledge me what options do i have? If I give up parental rights because I do not see them do I still have to pay child support

There is NO SUCH THING as giving up your rights to pay. The right to supportt belongs to the child and neither you nor the mother can waive it. If you want visitation, the burden is on you to hire a lawyer, go to court and seek it.
If there is a custody/visitation order and the mother refuses to comply with it, file a motion for contempt. You don't need an lawyer to initiate a contempt action. However, it may work in your favor if you hire an attorney.
If you don't have a visitation or legitimation order in place, file a petition for both. It may be a gradual visitation schedule just to start the relationship anew. The mother cannot interfere with the relationship or poison the children against you.
