Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I live in Georgia, my ex lives in Florida where her son was born. She filed for child support claiming that I am the father of her, now 8 year old, son. I was served with papers for child support through the state of Florida about a year ago. When I tried to take care of it I was told by the Florida child support services that the case was dropped due to the fact that the mother and child had moved to New York. Today, however, I learned that I have a warrant out for my arrest due to unpaid child support through the state of New York. I was never served with papers through New York and no one ever contacted me through mail or by phone. I was told that mail was sent to an old address of mine, but for some reason they were never forwarded to my new address, therefore, I never received anything. And there is no proof that the child is mine (Im pretty certain hes not.) What can I do?
