How long does tempary custody last ?
My husband and I seperated in January 2000 , he got temp custody of our son. We got back together in June of 2000, we are still together as of today . How long does temp custody last after the parents are back together?

Has the case been dismissed? If it has not been, it should be, based on the fact that you are no longer in a "bona fide state of separation". When the case is dismissed, the temporary order will be without any further legal effect.
