Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
I was married for years, 2 kids. I was lied to about the Paternity of the first one for 10 years. What are my chances of getting custody of the the second & biological one because of this fraud? I am paying child support for both. Also, what would be my chances of filing a fraud suit against her for back payments to medical providers, insurance, now child support. The ex never paid for anything until lately. Case in Georgia.

Your chances are probably zero as to changing the past. At the time of any child support case, you can get a lawyer and you also can get, if you ask, a paternity test. There are no do overs years later because you chose to skip normal procedure, And custody doesn't get changed because of the lack of a test a decade ago.
