Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Paternal Rights

I'm currently pregnant with my first child. The baby's father and I aren't married and since I've been pregnant (I'm currently 20 weeks) he hasn't attended a single doctor's appointment or had any interest in this pregnancy.

When the baby gets here, will he have rights?
