can i protect my property from my future husbands legal problems

More information is needed. However, if the assets are in your name alone and you are not a part of the lawsuit, as a general rule, a party cannot place a lien on assets of the opposing party's spouse.
However, if you are concerned about the matter, you should discuss this in detail with an attorney in an office visit or telephone conference.
