Psochological Parental rights

I have been loving and raising a small chil for the past two and a half years as my own. I have helped raise her and for the past 10 months have had her 3-4 days a week now her mother is wanting me to stop seeing her , can I get parental rights? Oh she is not biologically mine.

To get parental rights, you would have to adopt the child. Take a look at O.C.G.A. � 19-8-3. You can check out the GA code at: http://www.legis.state.ga.us/cgi-bin/gl_codes_detail.pl?code=1-1-1 You should consult with a local attorney because this is a complicated process.

Unfornately, you will not be able to gain parental rights to this child if you are not the biological father. The mother does not have to allow you any future visits.
