Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I have a question about child support. My ex husband was ordered to pay a certain amount each moth and for the last 3 years my oldest son has lived with his father so he continued to pay for his other son. So now that his job has cut his hours he has told me that he shouldn't have been paying at all for the last years since he has our oldest son so my question is I have custody of both children still we had just agreed that he could live with him so what does this mean in the papers does he not have to pay anymoreor do we have to go back to court because that's why my husband now says is that he still has to pay because it was a court order. If I didn't explain this well enough plz feel free to ask. Thanks so much

Neither he nor you can ignore what the Judge says. No matter where the child lives, until the day a judge modifies it, it is owed.
