Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
I received a subpoena for production of documentary evidence from my friends ex-wife they are in court for support. her lawyer wants any evidence of monies payed to him 1099's and such. they also ask for all my
bank statements,deposit slips.check stubs,savings account books,from jan 1,2009 to present is this normal. can they do this. will this make my personal
info public you would think she wants me to pay child support. any help

It sounds like they are trying to prove his income (and possibly that you helped him hide income). Because of that, you need to get a lawyer.

You or your lawyer should object to the subpoena because it is overlybroad and unreasonable (among other things).
