Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
My ex refuses to answer the phone or answer text messages. She won't return my calls or messages. She moved and won't give me her new address to send child support. Now I just found out she is taking me to court for abandonment. What can I do and what can I expect?

Do what you should have done when this first happened. Get a lawyer.

Retain your phone records and text messages. Get the evidence from your phone provider before it's too late. If you tried to send child support, but they were returned as not deliverable, keep the unopened envelope. Take this evidence and the pleading to an attorney.
