What rights do i have at 16 years of age when moving into another parent's custody?

I'm not sure what you're asking. Are you asking about moving to the noncustodial parent's house or are you talking about your rights once you move into the house.

I'll answer the first option.

If you are interested in moving to the other parent's house, and you have not made the selection in the last two years, you should inform the noncustodial parent. He/she will file a motion to change custody noting your preference.
