Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

while seperated, my husband gave our camper away to his new girlfriend. the camper was in his name, but considered marital property. how can i get it back.

Unless you file for divorce, you cannot seek anything. You can't get the camper back if it was in his name, but that type of gift may help you win other relief in the divorce. You will want to get a good lawyer.
