Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

A single mother to a 6 year old son. Father and I have been seperated for 4 years. He is not on child support, never around, and doesn't give money to assist on raising. I am going to move to Sydney, Australia in two years. How do I file for sole custudy of my son in Georgia?

If you were never married to the father, and he did not legitimate the child and obtain shared custody, you have sole custody. You can leave without his permission.
