Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I smacked by daugher in the face after an agument and her school called family and childrens services. I was charged with 2 counts of criminal violence and 1 count of cruelty to children. What do you think the judge will do?

You could spend serious jail time. You probably will lose all or most contact with your daughter for a while, if not permanently. And you will certainly eventually need extended anger management classes and counseling.

You need a very good criminal attorney. And you need extensive anger management courses. Your lawyer can help get you into those.
