Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Since my son has been born, he has spent 90% of his time with me. His mother is willing to give me full custody. Can we make an arrangement where she gives full custody to me and doesn't have to pay child support? And if so what steps would I need to take?

Your lawyer can seek custody as part of a legitimization. The court is very likely to refuse to approve any agreement that omits child support.
