my son is 15 he does not want to live with his mother any more. if he chooses to come to my house and not go back home can the police come and make him go back to his mothers house.

If you are violating a custody order the police will take the child home to mom, and your home will be the county jail.

I agree with the other answers. The best thing for you to do is to consult with a lawyer to determine if the court will modify child custody and move full custody to you. At 15, the judge will listen to him. In fact, it is a material change when a child that age wants to change custody. However, do it the right way. Otherwise, you may put the custody change at risk.
