If ex spouse doesn't pay child support. do they still get visitation?

As illogical as it sounds, the answer is yes. Visitation is not dependent on your ex being current on child support. You need to seek a separate remedy for that. Consult with a local attorney.

Yes.

If you deny visitation you will make it harder to enforce support as the judge will focus on what you did wrong.

If the ex spouse is behind in child support, file a motion for contempt. The court will order him to pay child support. If he refuses therafter, he may be put in jail.
