1 Answer from Attorneys
Unless he's a complete fool, he already has a lawyer (and if he does, he should be speaking to his lawyer). Children born during themarriage are his unless he proves otherwise,so I'm sure his attorney has filed timely appropriate motions and has gotten an order for DNA testing. If he is foolish enough to proceed without a lawyer, the child support, etc he will end up paying will cost him lots more than his attorney. You're not helpinghim by posting online; help him by hooking up up with a good California lawyer and be sure he does it in the first few days after the case starts so he doesn't miss key deadlines in his case.
