what state should i file legitimation form if i, the father live in georgia and my children live in new york

Interstate matters are far too complex for a form. See a lawyer. If both people agree it could be done in Georgia. Otherwise it would be done in NY.

I am licensed and practice in both Georgia and New York. There are pluses and minuses in filing legitimation actions in either state. If the 30441 is the father's zip code, it appears to be a rural area in Georgia. Therefore, this is also factor you should take into consideration.
