Supervised visitation laws

I have asked for supervised visitation only by a member of my family in my divorce. What are my rights??

All aspects of child support, custody and visitaion are strictly controlled by the trial judge in a case and restricting visitation usually requires some compelling reason and even then the court has a wide discretion.
