Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Taking My Child Out of the Country Without XHusband's Permission for Vacation

I have full custody of my 10 year old son. I want to take him with me to Casablanca, Morocco for a one week vacation. My exhusband has no legal rights over my child. He has only visitation rights for the first, third, and fifth weekends of the month and two weeks in summer. He does not want my son to leave the country. Will I be breaking any laws by taking him with me?

Thanks for any help on this matter.

As long as you don't interfere with your ex's visitation, you can take your son anywhere you want.
