use of tape recordings

Can an ex-spouse use tape recordings against you in court to get custody of a minor child already in the other's custody?

In Tennessee, the answer is yes, possibly. As a matter of fact, there is a Sixth Circuit federal case that allows a custodial parent to secretly tape the child and non-custodial parent in extreme cases. For more info, see www.gsmithlawfirm.com
