Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I want to know about what type of help can I make my husband pay me when we divorce. I currently have no children, but I'm currently 31/2 mos pregnant. I've already filed bankruptcy to try and save my home. My husband don't help me with bills like he should and know im at a point where im tired of being stress. What type of finacial help can i recieve?

If you decide to file for divorce, you will be entitled to child support and a property division (based on equitable principles). Depending on the length of marriage, education, child raising, career, etc., you may be awarded temporary or permanent alimony.

You should schedule office visits with several local attorney who has experience in divorces. Most initial consultations are free or low cost. Therefore, you will be able to interview several lawyers and retain the attorney who fits your needs and budget.
