To get visitation you need to call a lawyer, pay him a retainer, and file a case.
By way of further answer, you need a Georgia family law attorney if the children are in Georgia. if the ex-wife is obstructing visitation, you need to have her held in contempt for not permitting you to visit with the children or speak to you on the phone. Because you live out of state, your ex-wife is betting that you will not come after her and that she will get away with it. She will if you allow her to. Get a lawyer.
Although an attorney is best, I understand that many people cannot avoid a lawyer.
You didn't state in what county your ex is located. In any event, for a simply custody case like yours, if you cannot afford an attorney and the order is out of Fulton, Gwinnett, Dekalb, Cobb or Clayton, you might be able to handle it alone if you have the time to research and complete the appropriate documents. Go those those court websites to read more about filing a petition for contempt pro se.
If the children are in those counties, and you need an attorney, I am available to discuss the matter with you.
