The new child support guidelines consider the incomes of both parents. They also provide for an adjustment of your gross income if you have a prior child support order and you have documentation of your payments under that order.
You should review the facts with an attorney for a specific answer to your question. The attorney will need to know your income, your wife's income, the amount of your prior child support order and see the documentation of your payments, the cost of the child or children's portion of the health insurance, and the cost of any daycare or after school programs, at the very least. He or she can also discuss with you any possible deviation factors under the new guidelines.

Each case is different, so an attorney cannot answer the question that you asked outside of an agreement to represent you. My firm does this type of work. Please do not hesitate to contact me in the event you wish to pursue representation.
