Given that your question is only 18 words long, it is hard to provide a definite answer. The purpose of an INC., generally, is to sheild the owners from Personal Liability. If the CEO "indended" to hurt someone, though, the Inc. usually will not be a shield. If you want a further answer, check with a local lawyer concerning whether the creditor or potential plaintiff can "pierce the corperate veil." HCW
