Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia

Car Sale

I recently received in the mail thatI was pre-qualified to purchase a car. I took the letter to the dealer we went through all the paperwork and signed a contract, approx. 2 weks later they called and said I needed to sign another contract which I did. Now more than 30 days after the purchase they are stating that they cannot find an institution to finance me. Can they repo the car and leave me without any transportation? And do I have any legal recourse?
