Engagement Ring
Gave an engagement ring to my girlfriend. We were to be married. The marriage has been called off and she will not return the ring. What are my chances of getting my ring back?, (a conditional gift).

You have a right to get it back as a general rule. It may depend on what the terms of the engagment were and what writings there are, if any. We are now doing a similar case.
