Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia

My x-husband's girlfriend took my son to the eye doctor and signed her name on his papers there as her being his mother. Is that legal? The doctor's office will not talk to me about my son now because of the new privacy law!

I have custody,and I am his mother.

What can I do?

To get around their claim of privacy, just take paperwork showing that you are the mother.

Prove to them that your his mother. Give them the forms that they need. If they continue to give you a hard time. Contact me or another attorney.
