Layaway Refund

I put a suit on layaway for Christmas in November, I went back yesterday to get it and was informed that it was put back and I had been charged a $10 restocking fee and that I couldn't get the rest of my money back that I had a store credit. I looked on my layaway receipt and there wasn't a need to be out by date on it , nor did anyone call to ask if I still wanted the merchandise. What rights do I have to get my money back?

Check with your local small claims court to see of the filing fee and the hassle are worth your time and money.
