I lent a washer and dryer to a (friend) he now will not return my property is there someway I can get the property back?

You can sue the friend for the return of washer or dryer or the value of the washer and dryer. Depending on the length of time the friend had the appliances, you may want to sue for the value of the washer and dryer and buy new ones.
